Same here, it was impossible to find a demo anywhere. But i would get the Gretsch. The openess of the cabinet really does make a difference. Sounds more clear and airy and less hum when push full. Plus I find the extension cabinet input easier to access then the 600. And you can grab a new one for $175!!!

thanks man. The rhythm was recorded using an old Franciscan acoustic. And yeah the lead is the tele. I just used a little bit of reverb. I tried the 600 before i bought the gretsch, and it was just way to noisy when push full. I would suggest getting the gretsch, which is basically the 600 with the kinks worked out. Vhr tele is so sweet!!!
