Chicago Walkin’ Blues — old school instrumental - Peavey Reactor Telecaster
This is a Chicago electric blues, walking blues. Also called leaving blues, because the guy is leaving his woman or leaving trouble behind him.
This is inspired by the styles of Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf and Buddy Guy.
I played this on a Peavey Reactor made in USA Telecaster guitar, a Crate Vintage Club 20 amp, and a 1974 Ibanez Jazz Bass. I used a Blue Magic and AMZ MOSFET boost effects.
Tempo is 60 beats per minute.
I used no EQ on the guitar it is recorded dry just like it sounds coming out of my Vintage Club 20 amp.
