Mine just arrived today and I’m lovin it!
they should have got danny gatton to demo this guitar instead of this guy
Joe Strummer played a tele
So, Jon, the main things I’ve gathered from this and watching a few of your videos is that you have good skills, have an ego about it, are an electrical engineer, and compensate for the fact that you never got out of the basement with guitar by decrying anyone with a modicum of fame as someone who was just in the right place. I can understand why, not a lot of people make it into music. But going around and claiming to be some sort of guitar god like this on youtube is childish and stupid.
nice guitar! i want it. i have a hallow body glen burton memphis jazz style guitar. i wana sell it and get a decent solid body around 200 or under. anny suguestions any1???
true telecaster = fender telecaster
nice chords man!
I like how he doesn’t say Jimmy Page as a tele player when he’s wearing a Led Zeppelin shirt.
@senojnomis I juste totally agree
@senojnomis Yeah, he’s a good guitarist, but his amp makes it sound like he’s playing his guitar backwards.
@senojnomis man just because it sounds shit in your ears it dose not sound shit in others
@vvdavidvv i know it’s a matter of opinion but there are certain distorted/overdriven tones that are discernable as ’boutique’ or just of high quality, and this isn’t of that standard, i wouldn’t usually mind, if i was just watching a kid play a song, but when someone’s trying to teach you something with poor tone it’s just uninspiring and not very enjoyable. wouldn’t you rather look up to a teachers tone? part of learning is technique, and part is learning how to form good tone.
@senojnomis good point
@vvdavidvv i guess my comment was a little provocative in the first place, i don’t want to start any fights, thanks man
You have a nice personality.
@aarongtr180
lmao! so true.
i bought a cheap fifty dollar ibanez and it’s left handed sister at a music store down in the city before and it sometimes i prefer it’s wildness and life hidden inside more then almost any of the guitars i’ve owned which range from prs, les paul, artist ibanez, etc. – **** price
wow, this guy sucks on guitar! Trust me, it’s not only his gear, this guy would sound bad even with a real telecaster and a super reverb.
@Zofar Jimmy Page was a tele player when he was in the yardbirds, and in the beginning of Led Zeppelin. search led zeppelin dazed and confused london 1969
@ledzeppelin4485 I know, I said that he was. I was just saying it’s surprising that he doesn’t mention Jimmy Page as a telecaster player when he’s wearing a shirt with Led Zeppelin on it. It should be common knowledge to any Zeppelin fan.
@EuphoriaMusicSession I guess that’s because you don’t have brand guitars.
@ShiftingStampy not true. i own a 2005 MIM Fender Telecaster and an Ibanez acoustic. i know what they sound and feel like.
lol 0:50 “We have a rosewood *BARK* fingerboard, on top of a maple neck *whimper*”
@EuphoriaMusicSession Well i haven’t had luck so far with cheap non brand guitars.
@ShiftingStampy well it’s all a matter of opinion, so if brand name guitars are down your alley and that’s what you like to play, then yeah by all means keep playing them. i think they’re great too.
