Explanation: song about mr. gretsch and ms. strat encouraging a young boy to play the guitar (Gretsch and Fender Stratocaster a.k.a. Strat are wellknown guitar brands in the vintage rock & roll scene).

Improvising on a vintage, mid-50s Fender Telecaster plugged into an old Dynaco mono preamp/amp. A bit of digital delay has been added to the otherwise unmodified guitar output. Major influences: James Burton, B.B. King, Roy Buchanan and a host of other amazing guitarists like Scotty Andersen and Danny Gatton to name a few.
