Not the best cover I've done, but with the new guitar and a new song I couldn't resist trying it out. Enjoy!

I have an Epiphone SG g-310, but I need a better axe. I'm wondering whether to get Gibson gold hardware, Grover tuners, and Seymore Duncan Alnico II Pro's for my current guitar, or move up to the g-400 SG. I'm in a band and starting in January we plan to start playing gigs. If it helps, I have a Line 6 Spider III 30 watt. I also have a black Hondo Strat. If I need to get a g-400, should I get a Vintage, a regular g-400, or the Deluxe?
I'd recommend upgrading your guitar to the G 400 series.
The SG 310 has a bolt on neck while the g 400 has a "set neck" which is much better for tone and sustain.
As for which one, the only difference between the regular and deluxe model is the finish. the deluxe has that sunburst maple body, while the others are. I was reading on Wikipedia, just now that the Deluxe has "burstbuckers"

Doesn't sound too good to me....also it seems a lot of people experience bad squealing and feedback form these pickups.
I'd say the regular G-400 is the best bet. You might like the G-400 Alpine white SG for a different look than the normal cherry red or black that you usually see.
I have the Epiphone double neck SG and it sounds great.
i have £200 to spend on a new guitar.
Iv been looking at the epiphone sg vintage?
what guitar do you thinks best?
Depends on your style and what you prefer.
Try them, then decide!
