if i buy this guitar. will i be able to play it? and is it worth it for a 3 year player like me?
o and on the description. does it mean that everything is brand new or some of them is used
What your looking at is something called a Relic'd guitar.
This means that the guitar is meant to look aged and played in. All the parts are new but they are just made to look worn out.
I like this one very much...

I have a 1959 Les Paul Junior in very good shape. It's been appraised at 12,000 thousand dollars plus value. I've tried to sell it on ebay and all I get are people trying to beat me up for a cheap antique so they can make a living off of me. So ebay is out of the question. I posted an ad on Craigslist and got nothing but sarcastic and angry emails? my copy in both ads were very neutral and respectful. I just want to sell my guitar to some one who can afford it. Where can I find an appropriate buyer? I live in seattle. Thanks for your help.
I wish I could help you because I feel you sincerely invested a lot of time and energy in trying to find a buyer.
My son teaches guitar and owns a few prized guitars. None of his guitars are valued into the thousands of dollars.
Therein lies the problem.
Ebay is for fast buck, cheap items that sell for a few bucks, and most people only want to spend a few bucks today.
To find a buyer for this is extremely difficult because when you get into the thousands of dollars, then the market closes in on you, and what you need is supporting documentation that pertain to this item, to enhance it's value...anything...like a famous signature on it, or who owned it...anything that would make it's value well above the appraised value.
Appraisals don't tell the whole story.
Houses today get appraised for multi bucks, but the bottom line is that there are fewer and fewer buyers willing to buy houses today like they did a few years ago, so the appraised value of houses is not a true picture.
I hope I shed some light on this that would be of some help to you. Any item like this guitar needs to be well preserved and maintained, and I wouldn't want to own it in fear of losing it's value...plus it would require insurance.
Unless you can prove it's uniqueness, it's just a pretty guitar of vintage importance looking for the one person in the world willing to shell out twelve grand...again, a very difficult feat to accomplish.

I don't have a ukele, and I am certainly not the best guitarist or singer around, but I love Zee Avi and her songs.
But my antique guitar will do, and I figured the song out by ear(which I don't normally do because lets face it, its hard)!
Yay me !!
I "hate" stumbling upon songs where the lyrics describes the situation I am going through spot on.
Its amazing how Zee Avi's songs have managed to have done that and that is why I love her!
She is an amazing person and I am lucky enough to have met here (more than once, yes very 'jakun') and I can't wait to go to her upcoming shows and meet her again
p/s: I actually told her that I am a crazy fan of hers, WHAT WAS I THINKING SAYING THAT?? I shouldn't have used the word crazy -.-"

I sorta, never found the right instrument for me. I tried saxophone guitar and ordered a crap violin. I feel like i really want to play the piano cause it is beautiful and it doesn't seem "cool" nowadays (like guitar) but i don't care. We are sorta low on money because we have to pay rent (got kicked out "grandparents house"they owned 2/3, dont ask). We still got a piano back at that house so i want to restore it, but i heard restoring actual pianos cost so much. so i want to get a keyboard. How can i convince them? i plan to try not going on the computer to play Gunz for 1 year. (im addicted and ill use PSP)
so answer these questions
how much does it cost to restore a piano tell me grand and upright.
Its not really an antique and could you tell me how i can classify it?
Tell me how i can convince them to get a 88 keyboard can't afford a real piano.
Also whats the main difference between the keyboard and a piano.
How much is restoring or can i send in this one for new?
i asked and there like "just cause others have one don't mean you have to" in chinese too! i thought everyone who is chinese have to have one
my sister learned it before thats why we have one and the piano was a gift from her friend
alot and just do it!
This is just a quick demonstration of the overall playability & tone of this vintage ca. 1919 Gibson L-1 Guitar. It's just a jumble of misc. bluesy licks as played through a cheap little amplifier trying to cover the entire fretboard in less than 60 seconds. I am limited to 60 seconds in time of actual video & can add a title & credits on the front & back. I know this sounds similar to other short videos I've done to demonstrate other guitars as I am less interested in each being a unique performance as in covering commonly played areas on these antique & vintage guitars so folks can see & hear how they play & sound up & down the fretboard.
