I'm buying this book every year, just to know what the prices on the market are. It is my bible when I want to sell or to buy a guitar. Most of the most famous guitars are listed but if not, I also have the "Blue Book of Electric Guitars" and many others.

I love Fender Jazzmaster guitars, but I only own newer reissues. There is a store near me that has several vintage jazzmasters from the 50s, 60s, and 70s. What should I look for when testing/examining the guitars to ensure that I don't get ripped off/buy a bad guitar.

How much does this guitar cost?

Blahblah asked:

I can't find it anywheres, not even at fender.com
I'm aware that I will have to get it custom made, but I'd like it if someone could give me an educated guess on the average price an American Vintage 1965 Sunburst Fender Jaguar is.
Eh?
Please help.
Much appreciated.

i've been doing lots of looking into PRS guitars and its hard to figure out which is right for me.

like the custom 24. someone told me its more a vintage style guitar for more classic type music, but yet dozens of people use the custom 24 for some super heavy death metal type stuff.

so im lost, on paper it says this prs can do this but when i see someone playing it its always something that wasnt writen on the paper!

or the oppesite of what its said to play
