This is a video of some G blues with a Guitar that a generous customer donated to the store. I'm not sure what make it is but I'm guessing it's a late 60's/early 70's budget Guitar. It was in unplayable condition when I got it but after some TLC it plays great although it isn't capable of holding tune too long and the intonation is not adjustable. I really like the sound of the pickups on this. One of the best features of this Guitar is that someone at some point soldered a penny into the D string machine head as a fix. I have a 92 telecaster so its already 16 years old, but when will it be vintage. Is there a certain number of years before a guitar is classified as vintage or are only certain models considered vintage? Im just wondering because I was going to sell it but I was wondering if I should hold on to it if it will be vintage and go up in value. Thanks.

This is a particularly nice playing burst. I filmed it up close to try to show the feeling of playing it more intimately, for the benefit of anyone who hasn't had an opportunity to enjoy one of these fine instruments. Played at low volume, so the acoustic tone comes through, through a 1967 Marshall JTM45.
